Return & Exchange Conditions
Products can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition.
The original receipt is mandatory for returns, exchanges, and complaints.
You can return or exchange a product through the following methods:
- Visit your nearest Wahid Pharmacy. Pharmacy locations are available on our website.
- For online purchases, return the product via courier to our address. Courier charges will be borne by the customer.
Before returning an online order, customers must contact our customer support team at 03000231270 to confirm the return process.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
For online orders, the return will be processed only after the product has been inspected by our customer care team.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Refrigerated items
- Loose tablets or capsules
- Inhalers and sprays
- Medical appliances and test strips
- Baby care products and surgical items
- Dermatology products
- Baby milk and imported medicines/items
Online Return & Refund Process
For online orders, the refund process will be completed within 3 to 5 working days.
Payments made via bank account will be refunded only to the same bank account.
Cash refunds are not available for online payments.
If the refund does not reflect in the account after 5 days, please contact your bank for further assistance.
Online order returns will only be approved after verification by our customer support team.
